Service Hours
Service hours are required annually of all MVCA students. Students can complete these hours at their church, for neighbors or relatives, or elsewhere in their community. The following requirements for hours are in place:
Kindergarten - 2nd grade: 3 hours/year
3rd - 6th grade: 5 hours/year
7th - 12th grade: 7 hours/year
Hours can be logged as completed by logging on to the Family Portal and selecting the student from the Family Home section. Service hours are recorded in student files and are a part of all students' records when they graduate.
